It almost would give me the impression that VAC doesn't appear to do much at the minute. It's delayed banning system, not instant. But there are always been cheaters in CS Source. Anyone who has ran a fairly popular public server, has seen the days of daily cheaters. However, lately there has been significantly less cheaters.
