LAMP is indeed faster now and the load during high server usage is a
little bit better. I'm also going to try out the hlxce beta which is
supposed to have bugfixes that would lower the mysql load. I don't
think i should worry though, i'm olny dealing with a 300Mb database
and i'm going to reset the stats soon too.

Also, I don't know if it's because of the kernel running more smoothly
or because of the new version of network drivers i had to install, but
i seem to have 5-7ms lower latency. Thanks to all of you who
encouraged me to go for the 64 bit distro :)
