Yes, they asked us to remove it from our repository. So we did. Dunno about Alien Swarm tho, might be a different case, being free and all. Best to ask somebody at VALVe before you do it.

The developers of mani-admin (i think it was them) had part of the Sourcecode hosted elsewhere. Valve kindly asked them to remove it. Most likely you cannot do that. Then again, this game is free of charge so it might be a tad different.
