Nothing seems to help. I'm going to copy files over from another server
tomorrow morning to sort it out. After all, the next installation is
fine and this one is borked.

Same for me, -verify_all says "updating installation" but i never get any
files. Updating without it doesn't say it. I managed to boot up the server
once but it crashed soon after someone joined in. I've manually deleted the
engine files and even copied the files over from working server but it does
not seems to help at all.

sm-tf2.games.txt file is from this month. If not, then the autoupdate
in sourcemod didn't complete for some reason. Thats what my problem
was with the servers I had that were crashing.
