No duh... lots of people are joining Valve servers directly. Practically
all the new players that is
They click the first button that says "Start Playing" and they are
sent directly to a valve server.

"tf_matchmaking_noob_hours_played" = "8.0"
"tf_matchmaking_noob_map_score_boost" = "0.75"
