It is continuing to happen and randomly dropping servers from the master list.

Again I have used wireshark and found no packets being sent or
received anymore on port 26901 when there normally should be.

I have also checked TCP and neighboring ports to make sure it did not switch.

Firewalling the port or sending a disconnected callback on
Steam_BGetCallback does not help or create any messages in
steam/logs/connection_log.txt.
