Hello Mailing List, Will there ever be consideration for Class B and Class A LAN settings for sv_lan 1?
At the moment when a server administrator chooses to use sv_lan 1 this is what is displayed on the console: sv_lan "sv_lan" = "1" ( def. "0" ) - Server is a lan server ( no heartbeat, no authentication, no non-class C addresses ) Which seems to proclude the other two types of private LAN segments (10 dots or 172 dots). This also has the effect that when a player is in the server browser and they use the LAN tab, they don't see the servers on their 10. or 172. local area networks. Is there any hope that these other private networks ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_network) will ever get included in the sv_lan option?
