Just wanted to say that Valve does care about server owners - but only when it's suitable for their timeframe/timetable or it is required (something big going on). Some of you are still in "fanboyism" stage, some are "willing to work issues with Valve" and some are past that, "stopped caring". Personally i bump between the last two options. It's just that priorities do not match, which is also natural.

Some things you want to get fixed, never will because no one knows the reason why they happen or cannot reproduce them. Some are just being left alone because the thing is insignificant to them and doesnt' seem to require attention.

For Cameron i would like to say making maps doesn't automatically qualify you to Valve gift list but i agree with Valve that the map makers should get more attention. Thats why Valve is introducing the map thing that isn't even out yet. Makes it easy for people to post maps and make them known. There's a majority of people out there with good mapping skills that just didn't have their map picked up. I run several cool custom maps on my TF2 server(s) that in my opinion, would deserve official status with a slight fixes to them.
