Yeah, great... But the rubygems fix crashed Apache,  because the
Phusion Passenger-config in httpd.conf had to be changed.

But... After I corrected httpd.conf my (rudimentary) rails page moaned
about an "undefined method `cache_template_loading=' for
ActionView::Base:Class".

Trying to fix the rubygems problem I uninstalled older versions of
several gems including Rails. I shouldn't have done that. I know
now...

I'm planning to report all my stupid misteaks ;-) so hopefully other
people dont make the same ones...

I re-installed the old rails version of my rails-page (in my case
running 'gem install rails -v 2.1.1') That helped.

You actually can run different versions of rails on the same machine.

I like to think that I might contribute a little bit to Hobo being a
