A page refresh usually indicates that the javascript failed and the
event bubbled up. Does firebug display any errors?

I placed a working example in agility, on the test-contrib branch.

and try and reproduce your problems there.

That should work, but it won't with my example in agility/contrib-test
because I'm not following the Rapid convention. I'll try and make it
work in agility/contrib-test so you have a worked up example.

But this is a completely different error. It usually means that your
server & browser got out of sync. For example, you can get it when
switching between development & production environments on the
server. Log out & log in again, and retry.
