Just in case any folks don't know, the vast majority of the work going into Hobo right now (and for nearly two years now) is thanks to sponsorship from Barquin over in Washington. That's only been possible thanks to Owen's consummate skill in negotiating the twisting corridors of government policy and politics. Owen has always been keen that the enhancements they've funded go right back to the community, so we have a lot to be grateful for. Mostly though we just like the boat rides on the Chesapeake : D Thanks Owen!
