If we do so:

1) Hobo would no longer be considered "open source"

2) The license would no longer be identical to the Rails license,
which confers several benefits

3) It bites the hand that feeds us in 2 ways:  besides possibly
alienating Barquin, Hobo's biggest sponsor, it was the Department of
Defense (through DARPA) that built the internet in the first place.

There are some good FAQ's floating around that explain why the GPL
(which is far more militant than the Hobo license) does not limit use
to non-commercial or non-military.
