I have a fairly sophisticated Rails app that I am trying to upgrade from 2.1.0 to 2.3.10, and move from hobo 0.8.3 to 1.1.0-pre2. I fixed a number of issues before getting to this, but now I am stuck. Here is what I get when I try to run script/server:

I am not sure if this is a load order issue, or something else I am missing, but any suggestions are welcome!
