Hi Ignacio and others, Hobo Bootstrap is a good idea, i.e. use an existing UI architecture rather than inventing a new one.
It seems Hobo Bootstrap currently corresponds to Bootstrap version 2. Does the "2.1.1" version of Hobo Bootstrap refer in fact to the version of Bootstrap? In any case, Bootstrap is now is version 3.3.5, and v3+ sports a newer, more modern (flat) look. Reading the release docs, there are also many bug fixes and improvements and it continues to evolve to suit newer devices, etc. Have you given any thought to updating Hobo Bootstrap to use Bootstrap v3? I'm guessing that just updating the Bootstrap css would work for some stuff, but not for everything. I'm coming back to Hobo after a 6 year break. Beats me why Hobo is not more widely used by Rails developers. DRYML in particular is brilliant. Paul -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hobo Users" group.
