A lot better than nothing.
A phone can be tapped all along its line
but we all use the phone successfully without intrusion
People with firewalls are able to block
the majority of material trying to get in and out
If they 'worry; the firewall by 'improving'
its function they tend to create probs . . .
for example I found this . . .
which can be used for (not quite sure how or what)
all kinds of technical searches and pings and IP
addresses etc
Not much interest to me but for our
white hat (network protecters)
black hats (crackers)
and grey hats (mid way)
may make use of it

Just about to try a freeware paint program :-)
then a bit of programming :-)
You worry about firewalls?
All you need is a teenager with water . . .
(growth spurts means they get probs with co-ordination .
. .)
It may be of course . . .
that your computer is calling out to be overclocked and water
cooled . . .
anyone done this? (I am happy if a computer runs at normal speed -
LOL)
My computer is underclocked (improves reliability)
but who knows what strange things are possible :-)
(overclocking = running the computer at a faster speed than
intended)
