if they were gathering addys to send these messages, i would have received more than one at more than one email account, as i am subscribed to that list more than once (because of my always overflowing mailbox), but this did not happen.

ts, "intimidation" is actually illegal in the state where i live - psychological "assault" is/can be as damaging as physical assault, if not moreso.
