This is not a temporary snapshot of current thinking for the WG. It is a specification of what we think we are trying to achieve. It is likely that some things will be removed, and some things will be made clearer, as work progresses. But this isn't just a strand of spaghetti cast at the wall in hopes that it will stick. If you have specific criticisms of the document, that would be very helpful. If you think it's going in the wrong direction, please say so, and say why. But "I am personally not convinced that publishing this is a good idea" is the opposite of a helpful comment.
