But let's be clear: is your customer doing flash renumbering, or gracefully 
renumbering?   If they are flash renumbering, are they doing it because they 
had a choice, knew they had a choice, and chose flash renumbering over graceful 
renumbering, or are they doing it because it's the solution you offered them?
