The audiologist who did my tests said - eating less salt, drinking less
alcohol and getting more sleep can help some people. My seems to be better
without focusing on these suggestions although I normally do not eat a lot
of salt - (lots of CSA veges. ) I'm relieved that years of horn playing has
not destroyed my hearing. I feared sitting next to a piccolo player in one
of those tin can summer shells had done it.
