Tickets for the Kansas City Opera used to be processed by the ticket office of, what were then, the KC Athletics. The Opera's GM, Gary Fifield, stopped by the ticket office one day to hear the operator saying "Yes, that's two tickets on the aisle for 'Johnny Shitty'. One of Puccini's best.
