My countryman, the composer Mogens Peders�n, lived around 1585 to 1623. Another countryman of mine, the musicologist Christian Mondrup, has made choral scores and MIDI sound files of Mogen Peders�n's music available at

All fully compatible with Christian's vocal score. >From listening to Christians and mine MIDI sound samples you will experience, that my interpretation of the tempo is very much faster than Christian's. Mogens Peders�n didn't make metronome markings (for very good reasons), so it is for the interpreters to decide. I find the syncopated rhythms very dance friendly. The piano sound emphasises the impression of the rhythmic complexity (sort of early baroque funk).
