Jim, I'm a a newer DJ130 owner also and have only printed out approx 12 2'x3'posters. I'm quite impressed with the quality and accuracy of the prints.
My products are far from "fine" art, and being naturally frugal(cheap) I scoured the internet for 24" rolls of suitable paper and found Dietzgen products. They have a varied product line and their pricing is economical. I've only used their "Cheap 'N Good" paper so far. I'm impressed with the quality and the weight of it. You might want to look at getting a hot roll laminator. I picked up my 27" Laminex on ebay for under $200. and the rolls of 1.5m film can be had for about $40. a pair (24"x500')I laminate most all my posters it really makes the colors pop!
