I was printing on the correct side - with a wet fingertip the surface facing up in the box is tackey - so I am sure this is the printing surface, it also appears to have a little more texture than the other side, but that side also has a dusty or fine sandpaper like feel, and that is where I get the ink rubbing off. I created profiles for both sides, so I get good color on either side. I just get ink easily rubbing off when I use the rougher top side.
