Somerset Velvet Radiant White is an uncoated paper, makes it tough to work with on inkjet printers. They also produce enhanced versions which are coated and work well. Your only chance with this paper is a very light touch, still don't know if you can keep the ink from spreading. I suggest you follow the other poster's lead, if indeed he was using the uncoated type.
