When
you say you can move the carriage head, what exactly do you mean? The carriage
itself? If indeed you can move the carriage when it's supposed to be over the
caps, that is not too good, if the printer is off.

It does not appear to be stuck. The
carriage head is sitting in its spot over the printheads. You can move the
carriage head, which seems a bit odd.

Hi,

This is an 86:11 error. A scan-axis shutdown error. This could point to a
paperjam, or the carriage stuck at a position in the scanaxis. Can you say if
the carriage is stuck or has stopped somewhere in it's path? Mostly just before
the opening of the right cover?

When there is a wrench on the display, what ink levels does the 
display show?

The wrench indicates an error message and the ink levels can be 
translated to an numeric code.

I need all 6 ink levels from left to right.
