Hm, that goes completely against my experience. A loose roll might cause skew, esp. light technical papers are susceptible. The auto rollfeeder shouldn't really have enough't backtension to cause paper axis jams either, after all it's not motor driven like on the T series or the Z6100. What is troubelsome however are the cleanout contacts, these devious little things go haywire all the time and cause all kinds of weird behaviour. If the printer doesn't stop with 81:01 system error its definately not backtension related, but just a "sensor indicated jam".
