There is either dust or hair making ink drops fall onto the print or yes if cyan , the print head is finished. Usually with the DJ . the prints heads stop printing, but occasionally spatter ink. You say it is green though , which is cyan and yellow , if so it is something like dust pooling the ink before dropping.
