Second that! Although I think he means pull the heads out and wipe them
off using
some distilled water and a soft cloth of some kind.

There is either dust or hair making ink drops fall onto the print or
yes if cyan , the print head
is finished.
Usually with the DJ . the prints heads stop printing, but
occasionally spatter ink. You say it is
green though , which is cyan and yellow , if so it is something like
dust pooling the ink
before dropping. The DJ is easy to clean the heads with distilled
water, you only need to run a
calibration/alignment after.
