Hard to understand if you can run a complete calibration from the HP color center software. Head clogs and such are not really an issue with the Zs.

I convert photo to the proper color profile for the paper (generated by the printer) and print letting Photoshop manage color. Works well for all my other photos. Photoshop doesn't show any colors being out of gamut. Any these colors just beyond the paper and printer to reproduce? Any ideas?
