Tried printing your way starting with an unmodified image from the
camera results were identical.
Tried changing color balance of image with some success in improving
output but the prints still don't look like the image onscreen.
My monitor has been calibrated.
Disappointing.

profile. Your image is in a color space, probably AdobeRGB1998 or
sRGB, either way, it should remain that way through the printing
process. A color space is different than a printer profile. Do not
convert the image to a printer profile. Rather, when you press the
"Print" button, and the printer driver opens, the Z3100 driver asks
for a profile the printer will use in association with the paper
choice. That's when you apply the paper profile. The image remains
unchanged as far as it's color space is concerned.
