Hello, I had the same problem with "hpiod: Rejected connection" and found the reason to be the following: in /etc/hosts there was a line like 127.0.0.1 localhost myhostname
This caused hpiod to resolve the local hostname to a different IP than the connection comes from (why does it come from 192... and not 127...?). The cure is to replace the above line by 127.0.0.1 localhost 192.168.0.1 myhostname There was also a line 127.0.1.1 myhostname which I removed (I do not know its meaning) How did I find out? By using strace -f on hpiod. Ernst Kloppenburg -- Ernst Kloppenburg Heimerdingen, Germany ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
