Hi Yannick,

First thanks for getting in touch and then sending this to the list for
review.

It is important that our community questions the decisions of the
janitors. "HPR is entirely community driven. Policy decisions are
proposed and discussed on the Mailing list..."
http://hackerpublicradio.org/about.php#governance

At the time I checked their site which was empty. I also checked the
license and it was Creative Commons. Therefore it was safe to post it as
a sample show.

This is the mail that I sent at the time.

When I was at the stand at FOSDEM I spoke to Christoph and it became
clear that their website and feed are not active. So they are posting
exclusively to HPR. So we are bootstrapping their show for them.

Once they have everything ready then they will move to their own feeds
and become a fellow show on the Free Culture Podcasts site.

The precedents that I followed were that we have hosted other podcasts
in the past, namely "linux in the shell"

Or sigflup and her spoof show "Uber Leet Hacker Force Radio"
http://hackerpublicradio.org/series.php?id=87

It also falls under our mission "Hacker Public Radio is dedicated to
sharing knowledge."
https://hackerpublicradio.org/stuff_you_need_to_know.php

If anyone disagrees with the logic or feels policies need changing then
Community input is welcome.
