Hi all

sorry if this question got allready answered, but I have a big problem
with ht://dig.
I'm indexing a quite large site. So it's not realy unusual that ht://dig
takes houres to build the index.

But what's realy distrubing is that it runs on a machine with 256MB Ram
and manages to fill up to 2GB of Swap Space. So the whole machine get's
slowed down extremly.

Is there a possiblity to configure ht://dig so it uses only a defined
maximum of memory? Say 128MB (including Swap)? It doesn't mather if it
takes longer to run this way. The index is only rebuild once a month
anyway ;-)
