This could be arranged in the 3.2 code, since scoring is done 
dynamically. It would likely slow down searching a tad, but it could be 
an option. It's essentially impossible in 3.1 since the scoring is done 
at indexing time.

Another potential possibility is that this could be revealed when 
running htsearch from the command line with an appropriate flag.
