I've been running 3.1.6 for some time now on both NT4 and Windows 2000 servers, compiled using Cygwin. I've got Word (catdoc.exe) and PDF (pdftotext.exe) indexing working for it as well. I'm happy to contribute these binaries and related files. Please let me know how to proceed.
