Hi Sergi OpenGL support is basically in the system video drivers; you can't just install it as a software package.
If your Ubuntu box has an nVidia display adapter, you should install the nVidia drivers for it, if you have not already done so (they are in nVidia's support pages). Ubuntu won't ship these drivers because they are closed source (and issues warnings when you install them) however they make the display hardware work as it was designed to. On my machine that includes supporting OpenGL 2.0. Something similar may be true for recent ATI adapters.
