With a panorama project photos are aligned with each other, so there are multiple versions of the same image data available - if one of them is sharp it_could_ be used as a reference to reconstruct the blurred photos.
So it boils down to extract a proper point spread function from comparing sharp and blurred version and feed it to the Fourier filter. At least this is my very limited understanding...
