I'm returning to a project that involves qtvr and while I successfully made some panoramas with Hugin a year ago, I'm having trouble now. In my attempt to make a simple cylindrical panorama I'm using 8 images and manually making control points (can't find autopano-SIFT, BTW). Every attempt so far results in a pan that is vertical (sometimes squished), instead of spread out horizontally. I've looked at my previous success pans and I can't see what is different. The image here is a screenshot of the pan preview. Do you have suggestions/tips for me?
