Read again, yet again.  I've stated several possible causes and offered
several possibilities as to what may contribute to trigger them.

Ridiculous ?!!!!  It's the only theory here that is NOT ridiculous. Apart
from those that deal with real external acoustic hums.

I'll stay here as long as I feel that I can do some good, in order to
prevent people getting hijacked into the whacky side-shows and give them
some advice that could help.
