Hello all!
I finally got around to joining this group. I play a Bosch style hurdy
gurdy built for me by Lyn Elder. Unlike the instrument in the
painting, mine has a row of flat and sharp keys set above the
naturals. You can view it here: http://www.cincinnatiearlymusic.com/music.html.
My group is called the Noyse Merchants and we present medieval and
early renaissance music to the denizens of Cincinnati Ohio. I am a
retired builder of lutes and early stringed instruments and am now
devoted to performing rather than building or repair.
Greetings to everyone here.
Larry Brown
Cincinnati, Ohio.
