And what about boring discussions on types of music that some of us have no interest in ever playing? Why is the issue just poorly-made instruments? What about terrible players who have real instruments? Should there be a separate forum for the know-it-alls, and one for the beginners with their annoying questions? Sorry, I couldn't resist a little sarcasm -- I'm not actually opposing any topic. Far from being offended, I find it humorous to learn what is boring enough to require segregation. One man's boredom is another man's passion. I'm not going to get my cotton in a wad over all the boring stuff I've had to sort through while gleaning for some helpful tidbits, which can generally be found in almost every thread, eventually.
