No foul, Alden. And I am certainly aware of Cali's expertise, she probably won't remember, but she was the only pro to answer (in a straightforward way) my few but 'very important questions' on the phone so many years ago before I started my sinphone project. Yes, the environment is more open now with the builders, but then it was harder and her help was both critical and appreciated. (and no, she didn't create any competition for OMI by helping me, but she sure made one young man's project possible) She will always have a place of honor among those whose input has allowed me to come as far as I have with my early instrument building of all types.
I don't see many posts directly from her, but if we ask questions here directly to her, is she game to play along with us beginner hacks? Not trade secrets, of course, but some of her insights? Just want to be sure to be appropriate.
And I will make sure and keep the proper priorities when I address the OMI crew - it is important personally that I give credit where you know credit is due.
Thanks
Chris
