i agree:
realtime mute-recording is possible.....
but some kind of META mute-recording isn't possible right
now.....unfortunately...
this would be best in pattern chain mode...you chain the patterns the way
you want...and you can transpose them too in this screen (meta transposing)
and also set mutes in this screen.......so you can use 1 pattern, but with
the meta-mute settings you can make lot's of combination with
them...building up and breaking down a complete song if you want with only 1
pattern....
this is very high on the wishlist ;-)
someone on this list even made some very nice screenshots of how this
meta-mute recording in patternchain mode could be implemented in the GUI...
