LOL,

So I came home for lunch just to try this AGAIN. Guess what, ShIn is right,
sort of, I think. :-)

I was able to go to pattern mode, select overdub record and mute 1 track on
and off. Press STOP, press mute (so the light isn't flashing), press play
and hear the track I was muting on and off go on and off. In the past I was
trying to record mute memory this way, and It does not seem to work. For
example I had mute memory 1 set to mute tracks 1-3. When I tired the same
thing using mute memory, it still was only muting track 1 when playing back
even though I can hear, while recording in overdub, that tracks 1-3 were
muted.

So, I would like MUTE MEMORIES to be recorded in pattern / overdub mode.
Seeing as I can now record mutes on a single track in pattern/overdub.
Also, it does just clear everything. You can go to edit and see where you
muted there is nothing. And, a shift-job (undo) will undo the recording.

I hope that helps someone.... I am so glad I know you can do single track
mutes at least.

Mike
