Yes I agree there should be some way to do this. Similar to
when you can choose to copy preset phrases to user phrases
when copying a section.

It is a pain having to make copies of each phrase. Also
there should be some indicator to show if a user phrase is
in use in the current style. Otherwise it is too easy to
copy over a phrase you have already used.
