So apart from the muting tracks (which i'll probably program or use the
mixer for), how are they for playing live with.
Any other (cheap) suggestions for playing my DnB / Wierd techno live?
daz.
If it's any help, i'm sequencing all my stuff on OctaMed on the amiga, so
i'm kinda used to doing everything in blocks and then linking the blocks to
form the song. It's just seems easier to me, especially for music that
features repeatition, to re-use the same block (and it saves memory, always
useful with 2meg), plus the fact i've got 5ish years of doing it that way,
and with just 6 weeks to the gig, i don't want to change my working methods
too much (especially as i'm supposed to be playing for anything up to 2
hours and so far i've got 3 tracks (25mins with a bit of padding) written,
and one track i can freeestyle for a bit...)

;I have a couple and i never really used them - here's why:
;
;1) They have a very limited memory, only 1/10 of the RM1x memory or so
;2) Most MMT-8s around have work out rubber buttons that makes it extremely
;hard to mute tracks while playing
;
;Other than that - they are pretty nice machines.
