And I forgot to mention that before, when the only way to print
a book was without computers, the Scommabelow and Tcommabelow
have a comma under. Recently after the computers have been
introduced, some people start to print electronic documents.
Since all the fonts for latin2 (which doesn't support Romanian)
have those letters with cedilla, those start to be used.

Sometimes I can find the cover with cedilla and the main
text with comma below, because the cover was made electronicaly
and the book in the old way.

The mixt case are when the documents were converted from a MS word
text, where the fonts have a Tcedilla which is in fact a Tcommabelow
and a Scedilla which is Scedilla.

The way to see this right is to look at a bit older books
not like the Dutch, using books printed in the last 5 years
mainly in The Netherlands.
