Sorry.  I forgot that us_intl is 'old style' keymap.  For such maps you need
"grp:*_switch" options instead of "lv3:*_switch".  I.e. if you change
lv3:lwin_switch to grp:lwin_switch you will get access to extra symbols
of us_intl.

BTW a complete (or almost complete) list of possible options and layouts
you can find in X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/rules/xfree86.lst .
Unfortunately the structure of this file is not suitable for xkb variants.
Therefore for variants you need to read xfree86.xml file in the same directory.
