I briefly scanned the lake from the dam last night and tonight on my way home 
from work.  Last night I saw basically what Cory reported.  Tonight there had 
been a much bigger influx of waterbirds.  Numbers of a few species from last 
night/tonight:

Pied-billed Grebe    76/524
American Coot       25/270
Blue-winged Teal   50/265

Franklin's Gulls dropped from 300+ to less than 100 and the absence of Sabine's 
Gulls continues.
