I think is a voice of passion crying out against "the wrongs of the world", the question is what to do with that passion. There are two sayings "It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness" and "Think Globally, Act Locally" that guide what I do with that passion to right the injustices I see in the world, like a child being denied the opportunity to reach their full potential by receiving an inadequate education. For me, I try to give of what talents I have; but I am not much of a programmer, so I cannot write useful software. I am not rich enough to fund a school; but I have time and a keyboard, so I have found a niche in working on Sugar Localization that is my way of "lighting a candle" and acting locally at my keyboard in a way that has a global impact. I have modest language skills; but I work to help those who would help others by handling administrative tasks and working to organize the L10n community and increase communication between software developers and language communities to improve the internationalization of the software. I don't know you, but I hope you find your own way to "light a candle" and channel your passion, for you it may be that acting locally is reaching out to the Uruguayan community and helping translate their challenges and frustrations into clear paths to solutions that can be acted on by the appropriate people, whether it is software developers or government bureaucrats. However, complaining to a software developer about a government bureaucrat's shortcomings will not advance the effort significantly and will not quiet that shouting in your head in the same way that lighting your own version of a candle will.
